Ahora, te toca a ti:
1. What are some of the popular pastimes in Spain?
2. How often do you go to the theatre?
3. Who are some of the most famous Hispanic actors/actresses?
4. What other performing art forms do you like other than theatre? (e.g. Opera, ballet, etc.)

Spanish young people love sports and botellón (drink alcohol on the street). In León we don’t use to go to the theatre because there aren’t many performances and they are really bad, but in Madrid (capital) there are a lot of theatres with many different kinds of performances.

The most famous Spanish actors are Antonio Banderas, Javier Bardém, Paz Vega, Victoria Abril,…

Have a nice weekend. Bye bye

Normally, in Spain, we go to different activities according to the age, we mean, if you are an adult, you'd go to classical music concerts, or to the theatre; but if you are young, you'd probably listen to other kind of music, go clubbing and so on.

2. How often do you go to the theatre?
We don't usually go because it costs a lot and normally, young people aren't very interested in that type of things.

3. Who are some of the most famous Hispanic actors/actresses?
Some actors who work in moovies have done theatre too, for example: Lola Herrera.

4. What other performing art forms do you like other than theatre? (e.g. Opera, ballet, etc.)
We like concerts because we play the flute and we have been listening to this kind of music since we were very young. We also love Opera but we don´t usually go.
Have a nice day! :) see you!

Hi guys! My name´s María.
I like music very much, in fact I did another degree of Music Education by that, because the music is the best for me.
For that reason y like so much to go to the theater to see musicals, plays or another things that coul be represented in this place.
But I have some problems to go to the theatre because I live in a village and I can´t go there as often as I would.
In León we had a nice theater "El Emperador" but it was closed and now we have got a theatre in the "Albeitar" . The "Albeitar" is a place of the University that is not in the campus , but there you can go to study and there are resources that you can use if you want. And also there is a Theater.
Besides,in Leon is "El auditorio" , is a nice place, like a theater but is not so big.

And now,

1. What are some of the popular pastimes in Spain?

I think that it depends on the person and that part of Spain where you are. Go to the cinema is very popular , but for example I thing that in Leon is very popular go to the "Barrio Humedo" "para salir de cortos". If you want to know more about this, visit our blog ;) http://macejasleon.blogspot.com

2.How often do you go to the theater?

I want to go to the theater so much, in special go to the musicals but it´s not easy form my. In leon there aren´t a lot of musicals and if you want to see something you have to go to Madrid ( the capital of Spain)

3. Who are some of the most famous Hispanic actors/actresses?

As my classmates, I thing that Penelope Cruz y Antonio Banderas, I think that they are really nice.

4. What other performing art forms do you like other than theatre? (e.g. Opera, ballet, etc.)

I like go to the concerts from my favourites groups of music and also I like go to the opera although a lot of people think that is boring I think that you must know to choose which it could be most appropiated for you.

See you ;)!

It´s a pity but my partners have reason, in Spain, people usually don´t go to the theatre, what can we done?, they miss it. I´m from a village near the city of Ponferrada, and every two months i go to the Bergidum theatre with my grandfather, and i really enjoy it. Since i was a child, and teachers of school and highschool got us to the theatre i can´t leave out the the oportunity of seing a good play.

Alejandro. A question: There in America how do you say my name?, i mean you use Alex instead of Alejandro.........

Hi!!

Well, at first, it sounds very ineteresting the play you said you went to see "Rock and Roll". I like this kind of music; Is the play conected with it? If isn't; What is it about?

To finish, tell you that I have a blog too with some class' mates, I hope you vist it, comment it and like it:)

Byee^^
